At Faber Park, we transformed part of a landed property’s basement carpark into a stylish and functional leisure lounge. Designed as a multi-purpose space, it now serves as a place for relaxation, entertainment, and fitness. At the heart of the lounge is an open-concept kitchen, seamlessly integrated into the layout to create a welcoming environment for social gatherings. The kitchen’s sleek design complements the overall aesthetic, making it a natural focal point of the space.
Description
To enhance the functionality of the lounge, we incorporated a dedicated gym area, allowing homeowners to enjoy convenient workouts within the comfort of their home. Thoughtfully placed gym equipment blends into the sophisticated setting, ensuring that the space remains visually appealing while serving a practical purpose.
A KTV area is also in the works, designed to provide a lively entertainment zone for family and friends. Once completed, this addition will further elevate the space, making it an all-in-one destination for leisure and recreation. With carefully selected materials, ambient lighting, and a modern layout, this transformation maximizes both comfort and style, turning an overlooked basement into a premium living space.
